The 'Kon La Khrueng' (Half-Half) Franchise A special opportunity for those interested in the Mormualchon (Mass Doctor) Franchise.
- Sign a contract to operate a 'Mormualchon' store and send 2 people for a 5-day training. The training fee is 3,000 Baht per person, with free accommodation.
- The company will then provide ready-to-use equipment, such as 2 facial treatment beds, as well as miscellaneous materials and equipment ready for operation. This equipment must be returned along with the store sign upon contract termination.
- Inventory will be provided on loan (2 pieces or more per item, totaling over ฿20,000). You must maintain stock rotation by selling the items and ordering replacements weekly to keep the stock full. The full inventory must be returned upon contract termination.
- The price list and product catalog use the standard retail price. All products must be sold strictly at the designated prices. When a sale is made, you can place online orders anytime during admin working hours (8:00 AM - 11:00 PM, 7 days a week). Orders placed before 10:00 AM are normally delivered within Bangkok the next day. Free delivery is provided once a week.
- For every 300 Baht in retail purchases, one (1) green coupon will be issued.
- This is based on actual in-store sales, including sales where online customers purchase from the company via the admin and receive a coupon to redeem services at your store (for which you can claim/reimburse 150 Baht per coupon + 200 Baht for skincare products).
- Your required investment is a 50,000 Baht security deposit. The company will fully refund this amount upon the return of the store sign and all materials/equipment. The contract is year-to-year, automatically renewing unless terminated by one party. There is no contract renewal fee or franchise fee.
- When ready to open, you must notify the company of your operating hours and strictly adhere to them (for the admin to coordinate with customers).
